At around 9 p.m. on July 27, Christopher Innocenti, 44, sexually assaulted a female victim at Dixon Park, according to the Fredericksburg Police Department,
Authorities said the victim was able to get away and call police.
The following day, Innocenti was arrested for aggravated sexual battery and was held without bond at the Rappahannock Regional Jail, officials reported.
